Product and Order

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order due to defects, we’re happy to help. Just email us at support@delicart.sg or speak to us via Instagram or Facebook and we’ll take you through the process. However, please refer to our refund policy for any refund-related matters.

We always do our due diligence to check every item before we send out for delivery. In the event that something has been missed, please let us know immediately. Missing items must be advised within 2 hours of receiving your order. If an item is found to be missing from your order, or you have received the wrong product, we will do our best to deliver it as soon as possible or will provide you with a refund.

Once your transaction is completed and payment is made, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the incorrect order, we will assist you to make the changes.

Unfortunately, we only allow online payment.

Online Store

Our customer service operations are from Monday to Friday 10am to 10pm. However, you may wish to contact us anytime via  Instagram or Facebook and we will respond to you once we are available.

Delivery

All our products comes with free 2-day delivery to your doorstep with no minimum order.

Unfortunately,  we do not ship overseas. However, we are open to partnership with overseas company. Email us at support@delicart.sg for more information.

For any changes to delivery time/date, please inform us at least 3 days before your confirmed delivery date . If not, a delivery fee of $12 is chargeable for any change of delivery time/date.
